I was nearly impressed, until i discovered the total lack of white-glove service. The bed had not even a snuggly blanket and the A/C seemed like it was stuck in an unending state of confusion. I hardly understand why i wasn't offered a complimentary upgrade, considering the prices paid. Just couldn't fathom it, really.
